The role encompasses contract lifecycle management, litigation and dispute support, regulatory and compliance oversight, and coordination with external legal counsel to safeguard the organization’s interests.Key Responsibilities1. Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: Ø Vendor and supply agreements Ø Distribution and channel partner agreements Ø NDAs and confidentiality agreements Ø Service, consultancy, and technology agreements Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws and internal policies Manage contract MIS, including repository, renewals, and compliance tracking2. Legal AdvisoryProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial and operational mattersSupport business teams in structuring transactions with risk mitigation approachAssist management in strategic decision-making with legal inputsSupport decision-making with risk assessments and legal insights3. Litigation & Dispute ManagementCoordinate with external legal counsel and monitor case progressPrepare case summaries, documentation, and legal briefs4. Compliance & RegulatoryEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesSupport development and implementation of compliance frameworksConduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes5.
