Join us in our mission to revolutionize the way people approach food and nutrition.We’re looking to work with a Food Scientist / R&D Specialist with experience in product formulation & scale.Role: Food Scientist / R&D - Product DevelopmentFull-timeCompensation: To be discussed, aligned with experience and role scopeKey Responsibilities:Lead the development of new products from concept to formulation, including functional foods, beverages, and nutritional products⁠Translate product ideas into viable formulations, balancing taste, texture, nutrition, and clean-label requirementsExperiment with ingredients, processes, and formats to create differentiated products⁠Refine and optimize formulations for consistency, scalability, and cost efficiencySupport scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial production⁠Conduct shelf-life studies, stability testing, and ingredient compatibility assessmentsCollaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and consistencyWhat We’re Looking For:⁠Background in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fieldHands-on experience in formulation and product developmentExperience in taking products from concept to scale is strongly preferredFamiliarity with functional ingredients (e.g., plant proteins, fibres, adaptogens, low-GI sweeteners)Experience with processing techniques such as extrusion, baking, or beverage formulation is a strong plusUnderstanding of clean-label requirements and regulatory considerationsWhat This Role Offers:⁠Opportunity to build and launch new products in a high-growth categoryExposure to the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercializationA chance to shape the core product portfolio of an emerging brandIf this aligns with your experience or interests, feel free to reach out or share your profile (portfolio preferred).
