You will work closely with our product and tech team to research, design, and improve user journeys across our platform.ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design TasksDesign user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior to improve UX.Design landing pages, dashboards, and product flows.Maintain and contribute to design systems and Ul component libraries.User Experience TasksImprove user flows, navigation, and overall usability of the platform.Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and performance insights.Technical Skills and RequirementsStrong design portfolio (Behance preferred) showcasing work like:Wireframes and prototypesMobile/web app designsLanding pages or dashboardsUnderstanding of UX principles, usability, and design thinking.Attention to detail, creativity, and a product mindset.Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.Preferred SkillsExperience using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS) is a plus.Experience with prototyping, interactions, and micro-animations.Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design.Educational Requirements / ExperienceOpen to current students or graduates.Prior experience in UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or internships) is desirable.Equivalent hands-on project experience will also be considered.What You'll GainHands-on experience in UI/UX design for real-world products.Live project exposure.Close collaboration with startup founders.Potential opportunity for a full-time role post internship.Flexible work hours with 40 hours/week commitment.
