Headquartered in Singapore, Axslogic operates across Asia, Middle East and Africa with offices in India and the UAE, delivering cutting-edge analytics solutions that enhance portfolio performance and profitability for financial institutions. ———————— Role Overview Axslogic is seeking a highly organized and dependable Admin, Finance & HR Executive to manage day-to-day operational, financial coordination, and people-related activities for our India unit (25+ employees, growing steadily). This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working closely with leadership in India and Singapore, and liaising with outsourced partners handling accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, and company secretarial matters. The role is full-time, onsite based in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information, with the ability to independently manage administrative, HR, and finance coordination responsibilities in a small but globally connected fintech organization. ———————— Key Responsibilities 1. Administration ●     Act as the primary liaison with office premises providers, vendors, and service partners●     Coordinate facilities, utilities, asset tracking, and workplace readiness●     Support travel logistics, documentation, and general office operations●     Liaise with company secretarial and compliance partners on:●     GST-related coordination●     Registered office and statutory documentation●     Regulatory correspondence and filings support●     Provident Fund administration———————— 2. Finance Coordination ●     Serve as the single point of coordination between Company Management and outsourced audit/accounting firms●     Track and follow up on:●     TDS compliance and tax filings●     Audit schedules and documentation●     Vendor payments and supporting documentation●     Maintain organized financial records, approvals, and audit trails●     Support management reporting and all financial tracking, as required———————— 3.
