This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with the AI Delivery Lead to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, with high quality and with outstanding client satisfaction.You will play a central role in helping scale our AI delivery practice, building strong execution rhythms, and ensuring seamless governance across multiple AI/Agentic AI initiatives for enterprise clients in financial services industry.If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy building structured PMO practice, and are passionate about helping AI delivery teams succeed – this role is for you.Key Responsibilities· Partner closely with the AI Delivery Lead to translate client business objectives into a structured project plan, integrated roadmap, milestones and tracking mechanisms.· Own the central governance and oversight of multi‑workstream programs for key clients, ensuring delivery stays aligned to scope, timelines and client expectations.· Define and embed standardized delivery methodologies, templates and controls for how we design, build, test and deploy agentic AI solutions.· Establish and run project governance frameworks, cadences, and reporting for all AI delivery projects.· Track project budgets, forecasts, effort consumption, and resource allocation· Create, maintain, and track project plans, RAID logs, KPIs, and delivery dashboards.· Proactively identify and track risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams, and influence internal and client stakeholders towards timely mitigation and decision‑making.· Coordinate and streamline cross‑functional interactions across product, engineering, data, compliance and client teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, ownership and next steps.· Drive delivery discipline through consistent practices (backlog hygiene, sprint and release planning, change control, acceptance criteria) while enabling teams to move at pace.· Prepare status updates, steering committee decks, milestone reports, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics.· Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation management.· Maintain and evolve Dailoqa’s program reporting, dashboards and standards based on lessons learned and best practices across client engagements.Experience and Background· 8–10 years of PMO experience (preferably in tech services)· Experience working in startups, high-growth environments, financial services industry is a plus.· Strong track record of leading multi‑stakeholder, cross‑functional programs (technology + operations + business) to successful outcomes.· Prior exposure to AI, data, cloud or digital transformation programs is highly desirable; curiosity and comfort with emerging tech is essential.· Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and hold teams accountable without formal authority.Skills and Attributes· Structured, methodical approach to planning and execution, with the ability to simplify complexity for others.· Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to switch between detailed delivery conversations and executive‑level updates.· Strong risk and dependency management mindset; anticipates issues rather than reacting to them.· Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where not everything is defined upfront.· High ownership, bias to action, and a collaborative style that builds trust with both clients and internal teams.
