We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director – Copy who can lead ideas across digital and mainline, combining strategic thinking with exceptional craft.This is for someone who doesn’t just write—but shapes narratives, drives culture, and creates work that connects with people and delivers business results.Key Responsibilities:Lead creative development across integrated campaigns—digital, social, film, print, and beyond.Build powerful brand stories rooted in insight, culture, and relevance.Bring a strong sense of craft to every piece of communication, from big campaign ideas to execution details.Collaborate with strategy, design, media, and account teams to deliver seamless, integrated work.Present ideas with clarity and confidence to both internal stakeholders and clients.Mentor and inspire junior creatives, raising the bar on creative output.Ensure consistency in brand voice while pushing boundaries creatively.What We’re Looking For:7–10 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across digital and mainline.Proven ability to lead ideas from concept to execution.Sharp writing skills with a deep focus on craft and storytelling.Strong understanding of culture, content, and consumer behavior.Confidence in managing stakeholders and presenting creative work.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
