The role involves ensuring structural integrity, safety, and efficient coordination from design through on-site execution. The Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analysis and calculations while collaborating with a team to ensure project specifications are met. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering3–5 years of experience in steel structural design and executionExpertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principlesProficiency in Structural Analysis and performing accurate engineering calculationsExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and softwareStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry standards including NFPA and ISO compliance is a plusEffective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a teamKey Responsibilities:Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for industrial and commercial buildingsPrepare structural drawings, calculations, and BOQsEnsure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS codes, NBC, etc.)Perform load calculations, foundation design, and structural stability analysisDesign and review steel structures including sheds, pipe racks, platforms, and industrial frameworksCoordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams for integrated executionConduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during constructionReview fabrication and erection drawings for steel structuresIdentify cost-effective and efficient structural solutionsAssist in technical documentation, reports, and approvals What We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-value industrial and infrastructure projectsEnd-to-end exposure from design to executionGrowth within a fast-paced engineering environment
