The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Job Role: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and other relevant teams across the Taggd business. Develop a deep understanding of the assigned business unit(s) in the IT sector, including their structure, operations, and challenges, to anticipate future recruitment needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Facilitate a consultative recruitment process through knowledge sharing, intelligence, and accurate reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment, sourcing, and strategy-related queries and issues within the RPO team. Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and implement optimal recruitment solutions. Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights (within the business unit, client, and external IT market) to influence future recruitment strategies, improve compliance, and mitigate risks. Clearly communicate the process, benefits, and changes associated with the solution and Taggd membership, including new initiatives, projects, and additional service offerings. Leverage Gen AI tools to create targeted hiring campaigns and build talent pipelines, encompassing both active and passive candidates for IT roles. Ensure governance and compliance with recruitment processes, policies, procedures, and SLAs. Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment for IT roles is essential to this role. Conduct regular reviews of team/recruiting numbers and SLAs. Job Requirements: Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate Experience: 10+ years in Search/RPO firms, or we are open to hiring quick learners with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in the IT RPO industry. Desired Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Must Have) Proven experience in hiring for IT roles, such as software engineers, developers, system architects, and other technical positions (Must Have) Strong knowledge and expertise in utilizing professional networks and job portals for sourcing IT talent (Must Have) Skilled in headhunting for specialized IT talent (Must Have) Positive attitude and strong work ethic (Must Have) Experience in engaging specialized, high-skilled, or hard-to-attract IT talent Strong target-driven approach with a high focus on delivery (Must Have) Advanced proficiency in MS Office, ATS/database management, and Boolean/advanced search techniques (Must Have)
