The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, sourcing materials, and developing effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery. The role also includes managing contracts, building strong vendor relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services in alignment with project timelines and budgets.QualificationsProven skills in Supplier Evaluation and building effective vendor relationships.3+ Years of Experience in Construction field Expertise in Procurement and sourcing with an ability to manage procurement strategies effectively.Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.Experience in the construction or real estate sector is mandatoryProficient in using procurement and ERP software platforms.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
