Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune for Asst Manager - Sourcing (Machined Parts). The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality machined components, and negotiating contracts. The role involves evaluating supplier capabilities, analyzing cost structures, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards, and developing strategic sourcing plans. Additionally, the individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and address supply chain challenges effectively.QualificationsStrong understanding of sourcing strategies and procurement processesExperience in supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and cost analysisKnowledge of machined parts, materials, and manufacturing techniquesExcellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skillsProficiency in data analysis and using tools for supplier performance trackingAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sourcing objectivesFamiliarity with quality assurance standards and compliance requirementsEducational background in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredRelevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles within the manufacturing industry
