The company was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. Role Overview : Foxtale is looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale the D2C website revenue. This role will focus on building a profitable and predictable revenue engine for the website, with a clear pathway to transition into Head of Growth as the function scales.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Website RevenueDrive overall D2C website revenue growthBuild channel-wise revenue plans along with the channel headsIdentify and scale levers across traffic, CVR, AOV, and repeat rateFunnel & Conversion OptimizationAnalyze the website funnel, identify drop-offs and implement improvements in UX, merchandising, and conversion with the product teamAcquisition StrategyClosely monitor new user acquisition, product-wise funnel scaling to ensure acquisition is aligned with profitable growthRetention & Customer ValueWork with the retention team to improve repeat purchase and LTV through CRM, lifecycle marketing, and offersDesign strategies around bundling, promotions, and retention programsRevenue PlanningBuild monthly and quarterly revenue forecastsTrack performance vs plan and identify growth gaps earlyUnit Economics & P&LMonitor the financial health of the D2C channelTrack GM, CM1, CM2, CAC vs LTV, and the impact of discounting and offersWhat We’re Looking ForStrong first-principles thinker who can break growth into core driversDeep understanding of D2C growth mechanics across acquisition, conversion, and retentionComfortable working with funnel data, cohorts, and revenue modelsAbility to balance growth with profitabilityIdeal Background3–5 years in D2C / consumer internet / e-commerce growth rolesExperience owning a P&L– both on revenue side and cost sideHigh ownership role with the opportunity to build and lead one of the largest D2C website in India, over time.
