You'll be responsible for building animated, interactive banner creatives that run flawlessly across ad platforms - on time, on spec, every single time.This is a specialist role. We're not looking for someone who /"also does/" HTML5. We want someone who lives and breathes banner development - someone who optimizes for every kilobyte and obsesses over smooth animation curves.What You'll DoBanner DevelopmentBuild HTML5 animated banners from design filesCreate smooth, performant animations using GSAP, CSS3, or JavaScriptIntegrate click tags, landing page URLs, and tracking pixelsDevelop expandable, rich media, and interactive banner formatsEnsure all creatives meet file size and platform specificationsPlatform ComplianceBuild banners compliant with DV360, DCM, Meta, and programmatic platformsAdapt creatives for multiple sizes and aspect ratiosTest and troubleshoot across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and EdgeOptimize for both desktop and mobile deliveryCollaboration & QAWork with designers to assess animation feasibility within technical constraintsSuggest motion enhancements that don't compromise performanceConduct technical QA before every deliveryMaintain organized file structures and version controlWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of dedicated HTML5 banner development experienceStrong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptExpert-level proficiency in GSAP or similar animation librariesHands-on experience with Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, or equivalentDeep understanding of ad platform specs - file size limits, accepted formats, tracking requirementsAbility to work in Photoshop/Illustrator for asset extractionObsessive attention to detail - pixel-perfect output, every timeGood to HaveExperience with rich media formats (video banners, expandables, interactive units)Exposure to DCM Studio or Campaign ManagerPortfolio showcasing HTML5 banner work across multiple platformsExperience working on automotive, FMCG, or high-volume accountsWorking ArrangementOn-site at client office in GurugramMonday to Friday: Full day on-siteSaturday: Half-day, Work from HomeHolidays as per client calendarWhy Join UsWork on a marquee automotive brand with national digital campaignsSpecialist role with clear ownership - no jack-of-all-trades ambiguityBe part of an AI-first studio that values precision and craftStable, long-term engagement with a structured team environment
