Committed to fostering maritime talent, KNK operates a DG Shipping-approved Maritime Training Institute and an Azimuth Stern Drive Training Simulator, contributing to the development of skilled Indian seafarers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, shore based role as a Marine Engineer (TME, Class 3(NCV), Class 4) with Location as Pan India ports and harbors for Shore Job. The Marine Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational oversight of marine equipment and systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing mechanical and technical issues, ensuring compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards, and contributing expertise to port, offshore, and ship management operations. QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Marine Engineering and the Marine IndustryProficiency in Maintenance & Repair of marine systems and equipmentUnderstanding and practical experience in Maritime operations and engineering processesExperience with Navy or offshore marine equipment or vessels is an advantageFamiliarity with regulatory compliance within the marine industryExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in technical and mechanical contextsStrong communication and teamwork skillsBachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field is requiredPrevious experience in marine or offshore roles is highly preferred
