Job Title: Project ManagerDepartment: Operations / Project Management Location: Ballygunge Place Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing projects, preferably in a BPO or service-based environment. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, stakeholder coordination, team management, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks while maintaining high service quality. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Project Planning & ExecutionPlan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all project tasks are completed within defined deadlines. Track project progress and take corrective actions when required. 2️⃣ Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Regularly follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates. Understand client requirements and ensure delivery as per expectations. Provide continuous support and resolution to client concerns. 3️⃣ Team Management & LeadershipLead, guide, and motivate the project team to achieve performance targets. Ensure team members take ownership of assigned tasks. Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment. 4️⃣ Resource Planning & MangementPlan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth execution of projects without disruption.Monitor team attendance, working hours, and shift adherence to ensure optimal productivity and accountability.Conduct manpower planning by anticipating project requirements and coordinating with the HR department for timely hiring or maintaining a backup resource pool.Evaluate team members’ performance and suitability for roles, and reassign responsibilities where required to ensure the best utilization of talent.Identify potential bottlenecks, resource gaps, and operational risks in advance and implement proactive measures to avoid disruptions.Micro managing team members for achieving of daily KPIs and impose authority in case of failure of project members to do so.Ensure continuity of operations by managing resources and talent efficiently, preventing any sudden shocks to project delivery. 5️⃣ Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success. Prepare and share regular project status reports with management. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement. Ensure adherence to quality and operational standards. 6️⃣ Process Improvement & Quality ControlImplement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements. Continuously evaluate and enhance project workflows.
