Job Description: Experience: 6+ Years (L2 /L3 Support)Shifts: RotationalShift1 : 7am-3pm (most probably this will not be the case)Shift2: 2pm - 11pm Shift3: 10pm - 7am Mode of Work: Work from Office (5 Days)Location: Hyderabad Primary Skills: Cisco Routing, Switching, EIGRP, Wireless, DMVPN, Load Balancing, and Firewalls such as FTD and Palo Alto. IP Subnetting • Skilled administration of network systems• Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit end-to-end network solutions• Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams• Expertise in Different Technologies as Engineering - CISCO/ Juniper / Nexus/ Fortinet / Palo Alto / SD-WAN / Azure VPN / F5 /VPN/Meraki Switch/ NAT/ IPSEC/ Monitoring/ GRE• Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred• Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies.• Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of large-scale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative.• Track and resolve issues as they come in• Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues• Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents• Communicate updates to necessary parties• Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution• Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary
