Visit to know more.JOB DESCRIPTIONPreparing Orders for the vendor based on the expected stock levels and forecast details.(Biweekly, Monthly or Quarterly)Issuing Purchase order to vendor and following the entire cycle of that orders.(Like receiving Invoice from vendor, Updating the Purchase order as per documents received from vendor.)Updating and uploading required documents in the system.Ensuring Purchase Related documents are in Line.Check if vendor has done on time shipment as per dates requested by HOS.Track delayed shipment.Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.Ensure all deliveries contain all the goods requested.Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.Help Purchase team in creating PO.Update purchase price in the system.Create new item list & update it in the system.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coachand mentor for other positions in the department.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
