The role involves leading the recruitment team, designing and implementing hiring strategies, developing and promoting employer branding initiatives, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring processes, conducting interviews, overseeing graduate recruitment programs, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Hiring and Recruiting to manage and enhance talent acquisition processes, Skills to be hired are Oracle Retail, Oracle Fusion and INFOR WMS and AI strategic hiring.Proven ability to develop Employer Branding strategies to attract top talentLeadership Hiring, managing a team of around 10 people.Strong Interviewing skills with a focus on assessing candidates effectivelyExperience in managing Graduate Recruitment programs and initiativesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and ability to align recruitment goals with organizational initiativesAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented approachBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or Recruitment are a plus
