Role Summary:10 to 20 LPACorporate relations and placements for a new gen college for entrepreneurshipIn-office role, based in Express Chambers, Royapettah, Chennai. 40 hour work weekAbout IVB:IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is a new age institute for entrepreneurship, based on experiential learningOur programs offer a ticket to entrepreneurship with a safety net, where students build a business, with placements as a backupOur flagship 3 Year UG program is structured such that students learn from industry experts (Year 1), gain experience through internships (Year 2), and build a business with co-founders, funding, and mentorship (Year 3)Responsibilities:During Year 2, each UG student undergoes 3 to 4 internships. During Year 3, each UG students builds a business, requiring ecosystem support and final placement (if not continuing their business)Towards the above, you will be leading the following:Corporate Partnerships: Cultivate relationship with companies and networks to engage with our students for placements, investments, and mentorship, to enhance student outcomes.Student Mentoring: Guide students with placement preparation, profile building, and career choicesPlacement Operations: Facilitate smooth execution of placements, from application to interviews and offersDesired Profile:The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in business development / HR, enjoys talking to people, and has a passion towards education and entrepreneurshipSelection Process:Screening based on profile1-2 rounds of interview
