This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include overseeing production planning, ensuring operational excellence, managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, setting and achieving performance metrics, and managing budgets. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards to deliver world-class medical devices.QualificationsProficiency in precision machining and handling machines such as CNCs and VMCs Proficiency in handling both high volume and Tool and Die type work Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing OperationsExperience in New product development Strong expertise in Operations Management and Operational ExcellenceExperience with Budgeting and financial planning for operationsDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsIn-depth knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and safety regulationsProblem-solving skills with a focus on process optimizationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a relevant field is required; an advanced degree or MBA is a plusProven experience in manufacturing industry is critical
