Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Security Specialist with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a broad background across multiple cyber security domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls to protect enterprise environments, applications, and identities.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access governance across cloud and hybrid environmentsMonitor, analyze, and respond to security threats and incidentsPerform security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategiesCollaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to embed security best practicesDevelop and maintain security policies, standards, and proceduresSupport audits, compliance requirements, and security reviewsStay current with evolving cyber security threats, tools, and technologiesMust-Have Skills & Experience:8–12 years of hands-on experience in Cyber SecurityStrong expertise in IAM, specifically Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)Experience with: Identity lifecycle managementRole-based access control (RBAC)Privileged access management (PAM)Conditional Access and MFABroad exposure across cyber security domains such as network, endpoint, cloud, and identity securityStrong understanding of security principles, threat landscapes, and attack vectorsGood-to-Have Skills:Information Security Security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)Security policies and frameworksApplication Security Secure SDLCVulnerability assessment and remediationSecure code review conceptsNice-to-Have:Exposure to BloodHound tool for Active Directory attack path analysis and privilege escalation detection
