This is an entry-level role designed for candidates eager to build a career in broadcast journalism, particularly in news production for television.Key Responsibilities • Assist senior producers in building and maintaining show rundowns. • Identify important soundbites, interviews, and bytes for inclusion in shows. • Monitor business news developments across multiple sources. • Support in scripting and basic content packaging. • Help manage newsroom workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content.Desired Skills & Qualifications • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields. • Strong interest in business, finance, and economic affairs preferred • Excellent communication and writing skills in English. • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a live newsroom environment. • Basic understanding of television news production will be an advantage • Team player with curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
