This is a critical role driving both delivery excellence and technical strategy.Job DescriptionLead, mentor, and manage a team of ETL developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth Design, develop, and oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) Provide hands-on support in building and optimizing complex SQL queries and data transformations Define and enforce best practices for ETL development, data integration, and performance optimization Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions Oversee data modeling and data warehouse design to support enterprise reporting and analytics Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Drive performance tuning initiatives across ETL processes, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization Support cloud data strategy and contribute to modernization efforts within Azure environments RequirementsProven experience in ETL development with strong hands-on expertise in SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development and performance tuning Prior experience in a managerial or team lead role within data engineering or ETL teams Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehouse architecture Experience working with large-scale data environments and enterprise data solutions Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement Why Join Pinnacle Group?
