This is an excellent opportunity for high-potential Chartered Accountants looking to work in a global, dynamic audit environment with strong exposure to senior leadership and international assignments.Location: GurgaonExperience: 3–6 years (Post Qualification)Qualification: CA (Mandatory)Key Responsibilities:Identify key operational and financial risks and develop a deep understanding of business processes, strategy, and objectivesDesign and execute comprehensive statutory audits to address identified risksEnhance, challenge, and improve existing audit techniquesCollaborate with the data analytics team to develop digital use cases that increase audit coverage and assuranceIndependently drive assurance objectives during fieldwork, including partner interviews and technical evaluationsPresent audit conclusions and recommendations to senior managementBuild and maintain strong networks across business units and functionsYour Defining Qualities:Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBAStrong academic background (Accountancy / Finance / Business)4+ years of experience in industries such as Project Business, Manufacturing, or Product-based organizationsStrong aspiration to grow beyond Statutory Audit and move into a business role within 3–5 yearsCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentDemonstrated career progression with ability to sustain an accelerated growth pathExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 50%, including international travelComfortable working in a flexible / remote-working environment
