Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer (AI & UX Research) to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and AI-driven digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product design, UX research, and emerging AI workflows, with a strong focus on shaping how AI transforms user experiences and design systems.You will work on designing next-generation interfaces, exploring GenUI patterns, and driving research and experimentation around AI-assisted design and development workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end product experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goalsLead and conduct UX research, especially focused on AI-driven workflows and user behavior in AI-powered systemsExplore and define GenUI (Generative UI) patterns and best practicesExperiment with and implement AI tools in design workflows (e.g., automation, prototyping, content generation)Contribute to and evolve a unified design system ensuring consistency across productsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutionsResearch and prototype solutions for converting Figma/design mockups into production-ready code using AIContinuously evaluate emerging trends in AI, UX, and product design and apply them to improve product experiencesAdvocate for user-centered design principles across the organizationRequired Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX DesignStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and UX thinkingExperience in conducting UX research and usability testingProficiency in tools like Figma (or similar design tools)Solid understanding of design systems and scalable UI architectureStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, experimental environmentExperience working with AI/ML-powered products or featuresBachelors/master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)Understanding of AI workflows, prompt design, or generative interfacesExposure to GenUI concepts and human-AI interaction designBasic knowledge of frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, etc.)Experience with design-to-code automation tools or AI-assisted development workflowsFamiliarity with developer handoff and implementation processesWhat You’ll Work OnDesigning AI-first product experiencesBuilding and evolving intelligent design systemsResearching future UX patterns for AI-driven applicationsBridging the gap between design and engineering using AIWhy Join OptymWork on high-impact problems for global clients.Collaborate with world-class experts in optimization and AI.Opportunity to see your algorithms deployed at scale in real operations.Innovative culture, flexible environment, and strong growth potential.We follow a hybrid model where we work 3 days from office.
