Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA / Medical Assistant) Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai – MumbaiShift: US Night ShiftWe are looking for Medical / Life Sciences graduates with a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation to join our growing healthcare operations team.This role is ideal for professionals who have experience working with medical records, lab reports, physician notes, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems .Key Responsibilities:• Review and manage clinical and non-clinical medical documents received from clinics• Interpret medical records, lab reports, and physician notes• Perform data abstraction and update patient information in EHR systems• Ensure high accuracy while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines• Validate clinical data from multiple sources and maintain data integrity• Communicate with patients regarding health reports, appointment scheduling, and basic queries• Collaborate with Practice Managers and internal teams for smooth operations• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulationsEducation & Background (Preferred):• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / Nursing / Allied Health Sciences• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation• Experience reading and interpreting lab reports and medical records• Prior exposure to EHR systems or US healthcare processes is an advantage• BDS,BAMS,BHMS,BUMS,BPT• Additional clinical professional certifications would be preferred (clinical research, medical writing etc).What We’re Looking For:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
