The Presales Consultant will partner closely with internal Sales teams, client POCs, and leadership to translate requirements into sharp, high‑impact presales collaterals, drive deal strategy, and run the internal presales engine end‑to‑end.The role requires the ability to read the client pulse early, uncover untapped opportunity areas (especially in UX / Design), and steer conversations toward meaningful business outcomes. A strong technical foundation and a proactive, go‑getter mindset are critical for success.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales, internal client POCs, and leadership to support opportunities from discovery through deal closureTranslate client requirements into high‑impact presales artifacts, including pitch decks, solution narratives, proposals, and presentationsSupport hands‑on deal structuring, pricing discussions, and solution packaging in collaboration with Sales and LeadershipAct as a Sales Operations anchor, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, UX, Technology, and Delivery teamsRun the internal presales engine end‑to‑end, bringing structure, speed, and clarity to presales workflowsRead the client pulse early and proactively identify white‑space and cross‑sell opportunitiesOpen up new and untapped areas, particularly within Design / UX‑led solutionsSteer conversations confidently so discussions feel natural, informed, and value‑drivenConvert exploratory discussions into qualified, actionable opportunitiesRequirements & Skills3+ years of experience in Presales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Solution ConsultingExperience supporting or selling technology and digital solutions, such as:AMSLegacy to cloud migrationsDigital transformation initiativesPlatform / product engineering offeringsUX / design‑led solutions (preferred, not mandatory)Strong exposure to end‑to‑end presales cycles and internal sales supportAbility to work hands‑on with content creation, pricing inputs, and deal structuringStrong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environmentsWhat Will Set You ApartPrior experience selling or supporting UX / Design solutionsStrong technical grounding that enables confident, natural client and internal conversationsProven ability to identify opportunity areas early and steer discussions strategicallyHigh ownership and go‑getter mindset with strong conversion instinctsAbility to think like a Sales Ops leader, not just a support functionWant to change the world?Tell us about your experiences, ideas, and ambitions.
