Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a Fintech client. Ideal Candidate shall drive growth of corporate and enterprise clients for banking, payments, and API-led solutions by owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle and delivering tailored financial solutions. Partner with senior finance and treasury stakeholders to understand business needs, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, and build strong, long-term client relationships. Focus on revenue generation through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts Key Responsibilities:• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure• Engage with CFOs, finance, and treasury stakeholders to identify needs and deliver value-driven payment and treasury solutions• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to achieve revenue targets• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery• Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and long- term partnershipRequired Qualifications:• MBA with 7 – 10 years of relevant Sales Experience.• Prior experience in banking, specifically within Cash Management Services (CMS) channels, is preferred• Candidates from payment gateway or fintech companies will be considered, providedthey have relevant exposure to banking/CMS solutions• Strong understanding of corporate banking products such as collections, payouts, and treasury solutions is required• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
