Experience: 0–1 yearQualification: Bachelor’s DegreeShift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTJob Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations across India and the US. This role is ideal for a candidate starting their HR career who can efficiently coordinate onboarding activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes for India and the USFollow up on timesheets for US employees and ensure timely submissionsAssist in onboarding activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders (including support to the onboarding team)Maintain and organize employee records and files (digital and physical)Provide general HR administrative support and fill operational gaps as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers are welcome)Experience in MS Excel Should have strong written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and file management abilitiesAbility to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shiftWillingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
