The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring high-quality output aligned with project goals.Key Responsibilities (KRAs):Create high-quality design, motion graphics, and visual assets for a variety of digital content formats.Translate scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling visual narratives.Manage the end-to-end design and animation workflow, from concept development to final delivery.Ensure consistency in style, branding, and visual quality across all outputs.Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and stakeholders to align on creative direction and objectives.Adhere to project timelines and proactively flag risks or delays.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance output quality.Organize and manage animation assets, files, and project documentation efficiently.Skill Set Requirements:Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics, or a related role.Proficiency in animation and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or similar software.A strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through both static and motion design.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and compositionAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred:Experience working on educational, digital, or content-driven platforms.Familiarity with basic video editing and sound design, or AI tools.Understanding storytelling for learning or digital engagement contexts.Preferred Tools Exposure:Premiere Pro & After EffectsWhy Join Us?Here are just a few reasons why you should consider joining our team:· Global Reach, Local Impact: At upGrad, you'll be part of a dynamic, diverse team that makes a difference on a global scale while creating opportunities for local communities.
