The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality designs aligned with the company's branding and project needs. Responsibilities include creating visuals, designing logos, developing branding materials, working with typography, and supporting various creative projects. The role requires both on-site and occasional remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining project alignment.QualificationsProficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and Ai softwaresAlong with a good portfolio of past design and creative projects having a burning desireto innovate consistently.Experience in Events and Branding, with a strong understanding of visual identityStrong ability to present concepts and proposals to clients and other members of the teamWorking on graphic design retainer accounts.Taking responsibility to guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas as well as execute them.Creating posters, mailers, banners, brochures, social media posts, Illustrations, gifs, eventcollaterals (digital and on ground ) for unique design projectsCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and collaborate in team environmentsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Familiarity with design trends and their application in digital and print media
