Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for a high-ownership HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to play a key role in building and strengthening our HR function. This role sits at the intersection of HR CoE, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering, with a strong focus on execution and system-building.You will work closely with leadership to design scalable HR frameworks while also partnering with business teams-especially Sales and Corporate functions-to drive talent strategy, performance, and employee experience.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, solving business problems through HR, and operating in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR CoE & Systems BuildingDesign and implement HR frameworks including policies, compensation structures, performance management systems, and L&D programsDrive standardization and scalability of HR processes across the organizationContribute to strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, analytics, and organizational developmentTalent Acquisition (Sales & Corporate)Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Corporate functions.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategiesBuild and manage talent pipelines through multiple channels (portals, referrals, direct sourcing)Improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hireCreate structured interview processes and ensure strong candidate experienceHR Business Partnering (HRBP)Act as an HRBP for Sales and Corporate teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goalsDrive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback loopsSupport leaders in team structuring, workforce planning, and productivity improvementWork on employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiativesManage employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, conflict resolution, and exitsOperational Excellence & HR TechIdentify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement data-driven improvementsDrive adoption and effective use of HRMS/HCM tools and ATS platformsBuild dashboards and reporting mechanisms for HR metrics and insightsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business leaders to understand evolving talent and organizational needsSupport change management and organization-wide initiativesContribute to succession planning and capability buildingRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 4–5 years of relevant HR experience (mix of TA, HRBP, or CoE preferred)Education: MBA in HR or related field preferred (not mandatory)Core Competencies: Strong execution capability with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsGood understanding of HR processes across recruitment, PMS, and employee lifecycleStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfort with data, metrics, and HR tools
