The Candidate must have prior experience of at least 3-7 years of handling criminal litigation (PMLA etc.). The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting in-depth legal research, and representing clients during hearings. The Legal Associate / Senior Associate will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver high-quality legal counsel and solutions for a range of cases.Role Description - Vacancy 2This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate, based in Gurgaon. The Candidate must have prior experience of at least 5-7 years of handling corporate matters like drafting of contracts i.e. SHAs, SPAs, Collaboration Agreement, Real estate project documents etc. The role involves drafting and reviewing of various corporate documents, advising clients on matters related to FEMA, real estate transactions.
