Financial Tracking & ReportingProduce weekly KPI reports covering:Revenue vs targetCash positionPipeline / sales performanceCollections / receivablesEnsure all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionableBuild and maintain simple, clear dashboards2. Cash Flow & CollectionsActively manage accounts receivable and collectionsWork with internal teams to improve cash conversionIdentify and resolve delays in payments3. Operational Finance OwnershipTrack project costs and profitabilityWork directly with team leads to:Monitor spendImprove efficiencyReduce wasteHold teams accountable to financial targets4. Driving Financial PerformanceIdentify key issues affecting revenue and profitabilityRecommend clear, practical actions to improve performanceFollow through and ensure actions are implementedPush teams toward better financial discipline and outcomes5.
