Accounting & Bookkeepingl Manage day-to-day accounting operations.l Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.l Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.l Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.2. Taxation & Statutory Compliancel Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).l Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.l Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.l Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.3. Financial Reportingl Generate MIS reports and financial analysis reports.l Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.l Monitor cash flow and fund management.4. Banking & Reconciliationl Perform bank reconciliations and verify transactions.l Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loans, and documentation.l Monitor customer payments and vendor settlements.5. Tally & Documentationl Manage accounting entries in ERP/Tally/SAP systems.l Maintain proper documentation and financial records.l Ensure systematic filing and data accuracy.6. Internal Control & Cost Managementl Monitor expenses and cost control measures.l Ensure financial discipline and compliance with company policies.l Identify financial risks and suggest corrective actions. Key Skills·        Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws.·        Proficiency in Tally / Microsoft Excel & Word / SAP.·        Excellent analytical and numerical skills.·        High attention to detail and accuracy.·        Strong communication and reporting skills.·        Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.QualificationsProficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysisStrong skills in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger managementExperience with tax compliance and regulatory requirementsProficiency in using accounting software Tally and MS ExcelAttention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredPrior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
