You will manage state-level sales leaders, drive regional growth strategies, and represent the group at CXO forums, industry summits, and enterprise networks.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales LeadershipLead and manage sales managers in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi.Oversee city-level sales operations in Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Mysuru, and Vijayawada.Align regional operations with national business goals.2. Revenue & Target ManagementDeliver quarterly revenue targets across IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and digital platforms.Build and track a high-value sales pipeline for enterprise and government clients.Drive closures with public sector bodies, healthcare institutions, and large corporates.3. Strategic Planning & Market PenetrationDefine GTM strategies tailored to sectors such as IT hubs, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.Strengthen presence across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in Southern India.Expand into government projects, large enterprises, and digital-first startups.4. Client Relationship & Key AccountsBuild CXO-level relationships across technology parks, healthcare chains, and government departments.Lead high-impact presentations, solution demos, and proposal discussions.Ensure long-term retention and upselling opportunities.5. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack KPIs and regional funnel health with precision.Submit consolidated sales MIS reports to the Country Sales Head.Provide insights and recommendations for scaling Southern operations.6. Talent Development & Team BuildingRecruit and mentor state/regional sales leaders.Conduct training, reviews, and performance workshops.Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.7. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams for successful client outcomes.Share regional market insights to shape product roadmaps and campaigns.8.
