Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: Lead digital pathology informatics/ image analyst requirements at BBRCKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize algorithms in one or more digital pathology analysis software packages for quantification of IHC staining expression, including tumor/stroma classification and cellular feature extraction. Apply strong proficiency in Python programming to support image analysis workflows, data processing, and model development. Train, evaluate, and deploy transformer-based deep learning models for image analysis and inference, with an understanding of model performance and limitations. Perform statistical analyses and data visualization using Power BI, R, Python, and/or MATLAB to derive actionable insights from image-derived data. Document algorithms, analyses, methodologies, and results in a clear and detailed manner, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams comprising pathologists, scientists, and fellow image analysts to deliver high-quality project outcomes.Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling productive collaboration with diverse stakeholders across disciplines. Contribute to continuous improvement of image analysis pipelines, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team. Educational Qualification: PhD or Master’s degree in computer science/ bioinformatics, Electronics Engineering, biological science / biomedical Engineering or related disciplineTechnical/functional Skills: Experience in one or more digital pathology analysis software packages; including HALO, Visiopharm, Definiens, Inform, Fiji, and/or Aperio Image Analysis.Hands on experience on development of Image processing & Deep learning architectures like CNN, RNN, GAN, etc. for feature extraction, object detection & classification.Excellent programming skills in one or more analytics packages such as R, Python and/or MATLAB.Experience: PhD with 1-2 Yrs & M.Tech with 3 to 5 Years relevant experience in Pharma/ Biotech/ R&DBehavioral Skills:A proactive team player.Ensure completion of experiments and generate accurate and reproducible data from experiments.
