Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research and new age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Minister’s messages and actions.- We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other varied sectors from premier institutes and corporates with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation.Position Requirements:● Create video content with the help of original and repurposed footage.● Take a brief to grasp teams needs and specifications● Develop and review script and raw material for videos● Trim footage segments and put together the sequence● Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects● Create rough and final cuts● Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running● Consult with stakeholders from various teams● Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.Competencies:●1-10 years of work experience in art/design vertical with an advertising agency (ATL/digital) or brand/start-up● Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)● Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio● Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,CapCut or DaVinci Resolve for seamless editing, color correction, and audio enhancement. Strong knowledge of AI motion graphics (After Effects), transitions, and effects. Ability to structure videos effectively to improve audience retention.● Expertise in editing short-form videos for Reels and Stories using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Must focus on producing dynamic, fast-paced content with seamless transitions, color correction, and engaging audio elements.● Candidates should have proficiency in audio tools, and a familiarity with AI tools and their applications is desirable.● Enhance video engagement by incorporating transitions, effects, and subtitles.● Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, including Reels, Shorts, and other social media content.● Strong grasp of video pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques.● Expertise in audio synchronization and sound design.● Stay updated with the latest trends in social media video content.Editing Machine/ Desktop is mandatory.P.S: This is a contractual role till June 2027.
