We are building the ecosystem behind better student living and are looking for people who want to grow with us.About the RoleAs an Assistant Sales Manager at Acolyte Living, you will take ownership of the student acquisition journey for yourself and your team, from first contact to confirmed booking. You will work closely with students navigating one of their most important decisions abroad, while also supporting the team in hitting targets, refining processes, and strengthening partner relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end student consultations, from initial inquiry to booking confirmationUnderstand each student's university, location, budget, and preferences to recommend the most suitable accommodation optionsDrive lead conversion through structured follow-ups and consultative sellingCoordinate with property partners and internal teams to ensure availability and seamless confirmationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all active leadsSupport the Sales Manager in tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvementContribute to refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and student engagement processesAssist in onboarding and mentoring junior team members or interns as the team scalesWhat We Are Looking For2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a student advisory roleStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsProven ability to manage pipelines and consistently meet or exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work independentlyExperience with CRM tools and structured lead managementPrior background in overseas education, student housing, or EdTech is a strong advantageWork HoursThis role requires flexibility to work in alignment with UK business hours.Our ValuesStudent interest comes first in every decisionWe build relationships that go beyond transactionsWe operate with clarity, transparency, and accountabilityWe continuously improve how we deliver valueWhy This Role MattersChoosing where to live is one of the first and most significant decisions a student makes when moving abroad.
