The successful candidate will perform analysis on financial data and provide meaningful insight to financial and non-financial KPIs of KDN Audit. They will also be responsible to drive process improvement including automation of reports.How you will make your markProper understanding of key financial and non- financial metrics like Revenue, Costs and Contribution Margin, Headcount, Utilization and Chargeable hoursPrepare/publish financial reports, decks, dashboards covering key metricsPrepare detailed analyses and reports KDN Audit solution leads. Investigate identified variancesPrepare, analyze, submit and reconcile monthly journal entriesPrepare and submit monthly billings based on Timesheet reports and Washup filesMaintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reportingCollaborate with Controlling, Procurement and various teams to close any outstanding itemsAssist in month end closeDrive process improvement including automation of reportsAd-hoc projects or analysis as requiredProvide real time coverage to the Europe/US geography stakeholders (12 PM IST onwards)Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent10+ years of financial analysis or accounting experienceRobust knowledge of accounting principles and concepts, financial statementsStrong customer focus, interpersonal skills and ability to work independentlyStrong analytical skills with an ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big pictureExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels within the firmStrong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
