We are looking for an Automation Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building systems that remove friction, and takes pride in making engineering teams faster and more reliable through smart automation.What You’ll Do:Automation & Systems EngineeringDesign, build, and maintain automation frameworks across testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, and internal workflowsIdentify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with scalable automated solutionsPartner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed automation into the development lifecycleCI/CD & DevOps EnablementBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and observabilityAutomate build, test, release, and rollback processesImprove developer experience by reducing cycle time and failure ratesQuality & Reliability AutomationDevelop automated testing strategies (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end)Implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms where possibleEnsure automation supports security, compliance, and performance requirementsTooling & Platform OwnershipOwn internal tools and automation platforms end-to-endEvaluate and introduce new automation tools, frameworks, or services when they meaningfully improve outcomesWrite clear documentation and enablement guides for teamsCore Experience4+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer or SDETStrong programming experience in one or more of: JavaScript ( WebDriverIO or Playwright), Python ( Pytest Framework)Experience building automation frameworks rather than only using themTechnical SkillsCI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)Containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)Automated testing frameworks and tooling
