Job Title: Senior Accountant (15+ Yrs Experience)Location: Noida(Full time)Department: Finance & AccountsIndustry: Manufacturing/Apparel IndustryJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 15+ years of experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll accounting, along with statutory compliance and taxation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST regulations, the Income Tax Act, and Companies Act requirements. Hands-on experience in ERP systems, including Zoho Books, is preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting Operations & Financial ReportingManage complete accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and posting of financial transactions.Generate MIS reports.Finalize books of accounts.Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems including Zoho Books.Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy.2. Taxation & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GST regulations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations).Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), advance tax, and Income Tax filings.Stay updated on amendments in tax laws and regulatory requirements.3. Internal Controls & Process ImprovementImplement and monitor internal financial controls.Recommend improvements in accounting processes and systems.Support automation initiatives and ERP optimization, including Zoho Books.Provide guidance on accounting practices, compliance, and statutory updates.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (); CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.Strong knowledge of:Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)GST laws and complianceIncome Tax & TDS regulationsCompanies Act, 2013Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar.Proficiency in google sheets.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting operations and financial reportingAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh integrity and attention to detailExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage audits and regulatory authorities effectivelyTime management and meeting tight deadlinesImmediate joining required.
