Drive engagements spanningnew business models, digital/technology platform transformations, andoperational excellence for private DISCOMs, integrated utilities, and new-ageenergy retailers. Serve as a trusted advisor to utility CXOs navigatingderegulation, competition, customer-centricity, and energy transition. Key Responsibilities Lead utility transformation engagements across the following themes: 1.New Business Models : Retail competition & open access strategy, behind-the-meter services (rooftop solar, BESS, EV charging), energy-as-a-service, demand response aggregation, green tariff / C&I open access, prosumer models, community energy, peer-to-peer energy trading, ancillary services revenue 2.Technology Platform Transformation : CIS/billing (SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B), ERP (SAP S/4HANA), MDM/MDMS (smart meter data), OT convergence (SCADA/ADMS/DMS/OMS), CRM & customer experience platforms, GIS (Smallworld, ArcGIS Utility Network), asset management (IBM Maximo, SAP EAM), workforce management, cloud migration 3.Smart Metering & AMI : AMI rollout strategy, MDMS implementation, data governance, prepaid/ToD billing, system integration, vendor selection, smart meter analytics, revenue assurance 4.Operational Excellence : AT&C loss reduction, distribution network optimization, outage management, capital project efficiency, supply chain transformation, workforce productivity 5.Customer Transformation : Customer experience redesign (digital channels, omnichannel, self-service), customer segmentation, dynamic tariffs, loyalty/retention in competitive markets, net metering/net billing operationalization Develop reusable IP & frameworks – utility maturity assessment, technology roadmap templates, business case models for new ventures, RFP evaluation frameworks for platform selection.
