In this role, you will assist in setting up, optimizing, and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns while learning directly from senior media buyers. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills and grow your career in performance marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating, launching, and managing Facebook Ads campaigns.Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and report insights.Conduct audience targeting research and competitor analysis.Coordinate with design/content teams for creative development.Support in budgeting, bid adjustments, and campaign scaling strategies.Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and targeting segments.Stay updated with Facebook Ads policies, tools, and best practices.Participate in weekly review and strategy planning meetings.Qualifications / Requirements6 months to 3 years experience in Facebook Ads.Basic working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager preferred.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Good communication skills (written & verbal).Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a performance-driven environment.
