The role involves shaping intuitive product experiences across platforms like Talentz.ai and SchoolPath, while also supporting marketing and growth design needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and improve user journeys across productsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX solutionsApply product thinking to improve engagement, conversion, and retentionWork with reusable components and scalable design systemsCollaborate with product, engineering, leadership, and marketing teamsSupport user research, feedback analysis, and usability improvementsContribute to growth initiatives and marketing design (social creatives, banners, presentations, etc.)Use AI tools for design, research, and iterationRequirements3–6 years of experience in Product/UX DesignStrong product-first mindset and UX fundamentalsExperience with design systems and component librariesProficiency in Figma and modern design toolsAbility to handle both product UX and marketing designStrong visual design and attention to detailGood communication and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsAI-first approach to problem-solvingPreferredExperience with SaaS, marketplace, or platform productsExposure to B2B and B2C journeysExperience in user research and usability testingFamiliarity with marketing and event designUnderstanding of developer handoffPriceSenz is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
