We move fast, we build things that get used, and we care deeply about the quality of what we ship.We are looking for an Automation & Software Engineer to join us remotely and take full ownership of the technical side of our internal stack.What you will be working onDesigning and building internal tools and custom platforms from the ground upImplementing complex automation workflows and business logic across our systemsIntegrating multiple internal and external APIs into a cohesive, reliable stackFull-stack development spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and database architectureOwning the reliability of what you ship — including maintenance, debugging, and continuous improvementWorking closely with leadership to translate operational needs into clean technical solutionsWhat we are looking forStrong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production-ready codeDeep experience with APIs, webhooks, and multi-system integrationsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on the frontendSolid backend experience — server-side logic, relational and non-relational databases, data pipelinesHands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into real production workflowsExperience with CRM systems and workflow automation at scaleProven background building internal tooling for fast-moving, operational teamsSystems thinker — you consider edge cases, failure modes, and data integrity before they become problemsComfortable working autonomously in an async-first environmentAble to show us real work — a live product, a GitHub, or something tangibleWhat we offerFully remote positionCompetitive compensation based on experienceDirect collaboration with the founding teamOwnership over meaningful, high-impact technical work
