With over200,000 classes scheduled every month, we’re creating a global movement to equip childrenwith the tools they need to lead successful, fulfilling lives with expert-designed coursestailored to each child’s age and grade.Role & Responsibilities:Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts for EdTech campaigns.Edit raw footage from virtual classes, camera shoots, and recordings into polished, engaging short-form videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and special effects using Adobe suite tools.Lead creative strategy sessions, track trends like AR/VR, whiteboard animations, and 360° videos to keep content cutting-edge.Manage end-to-end multimedia projects—from conception to delivery—ensuring deadlines and quality for educational storytelling.Oversee a small team to deliver on-time, high-impact videos that drive learner engagement and brand growth.Desired Qualifications & Experience:2-5 years as Video Editor/Producer, ideally in EdTech, digital marketing, or content creation.Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus for Final Cut Pro.Proven short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, timing, sound/visual sync) for social media.Experience managing production for stills/video, multitasking projects, and staying ahead of trends (animation, AR/VR, immersive video).Strong English communication, team collaboration, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
