Job Description - Property Leasing ManagerLocations :- Bengaluru / MysoreProperty Leasing Manager – Gopalan Workspace (Fully Managed Offices)The Property Leasing Manager at Gopalan Workspace plays a pivotal role in positioning thebrand as a leading fully managed office solutions provider in Bengaluru. The role focuses ondriving occupancy across Gopalan’s commercial portfolio by delivering customized,enterprise-grade workspace solutions to global and domestic clients. This position will reportdirectly to Vice President – Commercial & Workspace Business.Key Responsibilities:Drive leasing of fully managed office spaces across Gopalan’s key assets such asGlobal Axis, Fortune City, and other commercial developmentsSource and close large-format deals with MNCs, GCCs, and high-growth companiesseeking scalable, plug-and-play office environmentsBuild and strengthen relationships with leading IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, KnightFrank, Cushman & Wakefield) and channel partners to ensure consistent deal flowUnderstand client requirements in depth and coordinate with design, projects, andOperations teams to deliver customized workspace solutionsLead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and closure of lease agreements inline with company objectivesPrepare high-quality, customized RFP responses aligned to client requirements,clearly articulating Gopalan Workspace’s differentiated offeringDevelop impactful and meaningful PowerPoint presentations to effectivelycommunicate workspace concepts, commercials, and value propositions to clientsPosition Gopalan Workspace as a premium, ESG-aligned managed office platformwith strong infrastructure and integrated amenitiesTrack Bengaluru market trends (ORR, Whitefield, North Bangalore) and align leasingstrategies accordinglyEnsure faster turnaround of deals through proactive client engagement and strongInternal coordinationKey Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in commercial leasing and managed workspace solutionsProven ability to handle large enterprise clients and complex deal structuringExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to create client-centric RFPs and persuasive presentations that improveconversion ratesDeep understanding of Bengaluru office market dynamicsFinancial acumen for pricing, ROI analysis, and revenue optimizationIdeal Experience:3–6 years in commercial real estate leasing, coworking, or managed office platforms.Experience working with developers or reputed IPCsTrack record of closing large office leasing transactions (50,000+ sq. ft. preferred)Strong experience in Corporate / Institutional Sales, with proven engagement andRelationship management with Corporate Real Estate Heads, Facility Heads and HR HeadsWhat Differentiates This Role at Gopalan Workspace:Opportunity to work on large-format campuses with significant annual leasing scaleExposure to building “campus-style, fully managed environments” for global clientsStrong focus on customization, speed-to-market, and tenant experiencePlatform to engage with marquee clients across diverse sectors
