Job Description - Graphic DesignerWe are looking for a creative fine art graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, etc., and you will cooperate with our designers and client servicing team.The goal is to get the clients’ message across.Experience: 2–3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation : Okhla Phase 3CTC : 3 to 3.6 LPA5 Days Working Roles & Responsibilities: Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the jobEstimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clientsDeveloping design briefs that suit the client's purposeThinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and developing interactive designUsing innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and timePresenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managersWorking with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologiesProofreading to produce accurate and high-quality workDemonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for printCommissioning illustrators and photographersWorking as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.Skill Required- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.- A flexible approach when working in a team.- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.- Effective networking skills to build contacts.- Efficient in animation software like Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
