Role: Senior Associate Tower: SAP Experience: 6-10 years Key Skills: SAP FSCM modules, Credit Management, Collections Management and Dispute Management Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA Job Description As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above. Be involved in the financial metrics. Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management. Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Assist in the management and delivering of large projects. Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively. Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues. Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand. Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities. Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented. Position Requirements: Required Skills: Strong 6+ years’ experience in End-to-End FICO functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP ECC Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations (prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment) including hands-on design and configuration Experience in Support engagements which includes defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for SAP ECC implementation Strong experience as an SAP FSCM Functional Consultant or a similar role In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of financial processes and supply chain management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills include the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience includes Business co-ordination, Requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, & design, Functional specs preparation, Testing and support Experience functional specifications w.r.t business requirements SAP certification in FSCM is a plus
