Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer, located in Bhiwandi. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating innovative blouse designs, incorporating trends, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the production team, selecting appropriate fabrics and materials, refining fittings, and incorporating unique embroidery or textile details to enhance designs.You are also responsible to communicate with the customers to confirm their orders with size and make sure the right product is dispatched every time.You are also responsible to create AI Images and Videos. QualificationsStrong expertise in Fashion Design and a passion for creating trendy, stylish apparelKnowledge of Fitting techniques to ensure garments provide a flattering silhouetteUnderstanding of Textiles and the ability to choose suitable materials for designsExperience in Embroidery and incorporating intricate design detailsGood communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and a keen eye for aestheticsPrior experience in the fashion industry is a plusDegree or certification in Fashion Design or a related disciplineHands on experience with creative tools like Canva.Sourcing and negotiation abilities.Compensation3.5-5 LPA
